These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bebu88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). By using bebu88's website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. 3.1 Account Security

Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other person under any circumstances. Transferring the account balance or rewards to a third party is prohibited.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple members of the same household wish to use accounts from the same device or IP address, they must inform our support team in advance.

3.4 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity on an account for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved, and it can be reactivated once the member gets in touch.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times. This means the total bonus amount must be used in bets 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can advance through three VIP tiers on bebu88 and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher tiers by staying consistently active and playing regularly. VIP tier benefits are subject to change, and bebu88 reserves the right to modify the program's terms at any time.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• The same member may not claim a promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bebu88 may forfeit the bonus pending an investigation.
• The maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings will be stated in the specific offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. A bet will not be accepted if the account does not have a sufficient balance at the time of placing it. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, bebu88 reserves the right to cancel it.

6.2 Odds and Betting Limits

Betting odds may change in line with market conditions. bebu88 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any member. Separate limits may apply for specific events.

6.3 Results and Payouts

The results of cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports will be determined based on the official announcements of the relevant governing body. Payout processing will begin once results are confirmed.

6.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. For partially completed events, the outcome will be determined in accordance with bebu88's established policy.

6.5 Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during live betting. If odds change before a bet is processed, the platform reserves the right to accept or cancel the bet based on the updated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using fraudulent activities, software, or devices to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — for example, claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Collusion betting — coordinating through multiple accounts to influence game outcomes.
• Participating in or encouraging match fixing or result manipulation.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bebu88's systems.
• Stealing or unauthorised use of other members' account information.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

bebu88 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited.
